Easy Fall Cocktails: The Pearberry Whiskey Smash

Hi Guys! It has been four long months since I last gifted you with a delicious drink recipe. This break was due to several factors: a very busy schedule (3 birthdays, tons of photoshoots, and Halloween), having Covid, having to find and learn new video editing software, and needing a bit of a break from everything. But, I am back now, and since I left you high and dry for four months, this month, I am giving you four brand new drink recipes to help make your holidays that much more enjoyable.

We had a lot of fun coming up with this one. I was perusing my local alcohol store and saw something new: apricot brandy liqueur. I had to have it and decided to build a cocktail around it. I wanted something that had some of my favorite fall fruits. A whiskey smash seemed like a brilliant way to go. We paired the apricot brandy with honey whiskey and some delicious pears and blackberries, and this one-of-a-kind cocktail was born.

This cocktail will require some muddling. If you are in need of a good muddler, try this one from Amazon. Otherwise, you can use the back of a spoon to smash your fruit. Amazon also has a great selection of whiskey glasses like these that will make your cocktail look even more appealing.

Check out the recipe and video tutorial below.

Happy sipping!
