Simple and Delicious Fall Cocktails: The Orchard Collins

Hi Guys! It's time for recipe number 2 of 4 that I promised you this month. Sometimes my recipes can get pretty elaborate, but today I have a cocktail that's beginner-friendly but tastes like an expert mixologist made it. It's called the Orchard Collins.

Much like a traditional Tom Collins, the star of this recipe is Gin. Now I know gin cocktails scare a lot of people off. I think this one could change the most staunch gin avoider. In this recipe, if Gin is the star, apple cider is the best-supporting actress. It kicks up the flavor of this drink and makes you think of fall.

The Orchard Collins has to be one of the easiest cocktails I have made all season. In about 3-5 minutes, you can have one of the most delicious fall cocktails you have ever had. Created with Apple cider and even a cinnamon stick, this gin cocktail embodies the flavors of fall.

The garnish is another optical illusion that is super simple to make, but looks like a skilled bartender crafted it. Simply slice three skinny apple slices and spear them through the corner with a toothpick. Fan the slices out to create an eye-catching cocktail.

Check out the recipe and video tutorial below.

Happy sipping!
