My Favorite New Summer Drink: The Double D-O-Double-G “Ginspired” Frozen Cocktail
Grab your blender and your favorite smart speaker and head for the pool. Summer is officially here, and I am ready to sip some frozen drinks. This year for me is the summer of wine slushies, and the one I have for you today may be the coolest drink recipe I make all summer. If you love Snoop Dogg, you will absolutely love this drink since this magical cocktail combines two of Snoop’s alcohol creations, Indoggo Strawberry Gin and 19 Crimes Snoop Cali Red. Be careful because it is as smooth as its namesake; it can sneak up on you, so take your time as you sip.
Many people, including me, put away our red wines in the summer and opt for lighter fare like rose wines or white wines. If you have shied away from making frozen cocktails or wine slushies because you think they are too complicated, fear no more. They are straightforward and user-friendly. The Double D-O-Double -G
Ingredients
- 1 bottle of 19 Crimes Snoop Cali Red wine
- 4 oz of INDOGGO gin
- 4 oz Triple Sec
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- Blender
- Ice trays
Instructions
- Pour wine into ice trays and freeze.
- Place frozen wine cubes, Gin, triple sec, and frozen strawberries into a blender.
- Pour into wine glass/goblet
- Garnish with a strawberry half
- Enjoy!
