St. Patrick’s Day, like so many other holidays celebrated in America, has come to be synonymous with drinking. So, it’s only fitting that I provide you with a bit of inspiration on this holiday to get your Irish Eyes to Smiling. Now, before you feast on your corned beef and cabbage, take a chance on this delicious cocktail made with Irish whiskey. We debated between Jameson and Proper 12, and… Proper 12 won out. This cocktail recipe is easy to make and has only three ingredients, not counting those for garnish. (It was only right to add a little green to this drink). You’ll count yourself lucky if you put mixing this delicious Irish lemonade on your St. Paddy’s Day Agenda.
